We're so glad you're excited about visiting, and we want to be upfront about our status. We are in the very early stages of bringing our dream to life. Our olive trees are growing, but we’re not quite ready to welcome guests for tastings or tours just yet. We anticipate our grand opening will be in the summer of 2026. In the meantime, the restaurant Lazaret is open durning the season and you can make reservations directly on their page. Please note we are not affiliated with the restaurant.
